Network World Fusion, 08/26/03

For the mobile user who needs to be connected to four different instant messaging programs at the same, AgileMobile.Com has an answer.

The company today launched its Agile Messenger instant messenger service, which maintains a continuous online connection for instant messaging via mobile phones with ICQ, AOL, Yahoo! and MSN messaging services. The free software can be downloaded at the AgileMobile Web site, and works with Symbian OS phones, including the Nokia 7650, 3650 and Sony Ericsson P800. The company says a Windows Smartphone version will soon be available.

As long as the users are connected to the Agile Messenger service, the connectivity with the other messenger services will remain active, the company said. Once disconnected, the user gets signed out of all the other accounts.
