The iphone is fantastic, however, Apple can not at all support the customer service required for a phone business with all the issues that surface -- and having hundreds if not thousands of people needing to go to the store here and there (rather than the provider, ie ATT) for service when the phone doesn't work -- it's just not going to happen. Using the concierge service for an appointment is unacceptable for a phone whereas it works for laptops, ipods and the like.
