Cisco and convergence, please...

Everytime I hear "convergence"or "unified" I have to laugh. Ask Cisco why is it that they have two software versions for their wireless controllers: one for mesh and the other for regular APs.There is nothing seemless about their mesh and lightweight APs solution.Write a story about that, I bet a lot of people would find it very interesting.

Motion is not what app developers want.

Cisco’s recent Motion vision announcement (and related ‘phase 0’ product announcement of a glorified location-based WiFi controller) raises more questions than it answers.

The biggest question in my mind is that Motion is an architectural no-man’s land.
