Remote management isn't that difficult

Managing employess that work from their homes isn't that difficult. It depends how the employee is evaluated. if thier work is measured in hours, it will not be the correct value. If they work on given goals, projects, and other tasks, the completion of those tasks will not depend on the hours or their prersecence at work. As a systems supervisor, I can assign special tasks to be done remotely, and the employee can log in, do their tasks and log off whenever they need to.

Evaluating this kind of work will be the definite factor that will confirm the usefullness of remote employees. And obviously, most employees will enjoy it, too.
